I always dread the car shopping process because of the time involved and the difficulty in negotiating the price. I had recently visited another dealer and it took three hours to finally walk away without time involved and the difficulty in negotiating the price. I had recently visited another dealer and it took three hours to finally walk away without a new car. That sales representative was not knowledgable and did not show me what I requested. My experience at Maroone Cadillac was just the opposite. John Dann showed me exactly what I was interested in, answered all my questions, and presented me with with the deal I was looking for without excessive delay. I am completely satisfied with the buying experience as well as my beautiful new SRX. More

My experience buying a new Cadillac SRX was EXCEPTIONAL with this team at Maroone Cadillac in West Palm Beach! It was a spur of the moment decision on my part to purchase. This team stayed after hours, pushed through a financing package and best of all gave me a deal that was better than the great deal I had been offered elsewhere. The whole process was professional, the whole team was courteous and Perry D'Alelio went the extra mile (pardon the expression!) in delivering the vehicle to me. He even offered to download some of his personal CD's (great choices Perry! Thanks!) in order to demonstrate how sophisticated this audio system is. Everything about Maroone Cadillac gets a 5 star rating in my book of experience! There is no question that I would purchase from this dealer/team again and certainly would have no hestitation recommending them to anyone. And lastly, the Cadillac SRX has proven to be the perfect car for me! More
