Their ship is in a good central location and the service department is right off the main road so easy to get to. The Sales Department is great. The service for vehicles are terrible. 5 day wait for vehicles to be serviced is horrible. Vehicles sit at the dealership while owners have no transportation. And the call back service is terrible. Seems like we all would get a courtesy the same day and next as far as the service. We have never dealt with service like this in all our days of servicing our vehicles. This is a huge turn off for those that wants to purchase vehicles from Cadillac Auto Nation because the service is extremely horrible. Maybe you all can come up with a better solution of better service. More
