I took the Cadallac XT6 for a oil change and tire rotation. I did not have an appointmet so we had to wait for a bit over an hour, not a problem. I was informed that there was also a recall on the vehicle involving a "Radiator Support" an appointment was made and the repair was taken care of about a week later. Vehicle had a transmission issue when purchased brought the truck to the dealers service center for warranty repair. After about a week was informed that one of the parts that were needed was on backorder the truck to the dealers service center for warranty repair. After about a week was informed that one of the parts that were needed was on backorder from GM with no timeframe on when the part would get delivered. Several weeks later was informed that the part had arrived and would be installed within a day or two . The truck was fixed and drives great. Service advisor did provide me with a loaner for the one month that my truck was at the service center. More
