My salesman was great, but the service attitude in the dealership was horrible. I purchased a 69,000 dollar used truck. Before I signed, I noticed mud and cow crap under the truck, it was never cleaned go dealership was horrible. I purchased a 69,000 dollar used truck. Before I signed, I noticed mud and cow crap under the truck, it was never cleaned good. I told them that this had to be fixed before I bought the truck, they agreed. 5 hours later, I walk out to drive my new truck, and they washed it, but missed everything that they were supposed to clean. They told me that It would be better if I just cleaned it. I’m not happy about this, and think it’s a cultural problem here at this location. More
