Called me that evening at 5:30 told me they hadn’t had time to run diagnostics. Fri I called 5:30 still hadn’t touched it”they had some big jobs”. So I picked up my car. I don’t need them driving it in and out for a before they touch it. I’ll take it someone who can diagnose it in an app routine frame. Not planning on returning to this dealership. More
Bait and switch - We inquired about a vehicle that they clearly stated they had in stock when in fact they did not. They quoted my car via online tool with deductions for items that should be (when have yo clearly stated they had in stock when in fact they did not. They quoted my car via online tool with deductions for items that should be (when have you ever got 2 keys when buying a used car?). They then offered me $2,500 less for my car which they would be making 3-5k on selling at the original offer. They didn't want me to use my bank and keep encouraging to use theirs (same bank but they got points). They wanted paperwork signed without having the car in-stock and wanted my trade left. DO NOT do business with these guys. More

I have talked with Finance department Johnathan, left messages with Abby in finance, talked with Kim in the office, who at first said that was nothing they could do and somebody should have contacted me and was sorry. I have left messages with GM, Eddie, with no response. When I called GM warranty, they advised me that the problem was with the dealership since they did not submit a signed contract, which I and the dealership has. My truck has been in the shop for repairs that I am waiting for over a week and this is an extreme hardship. Now Parts and Service Director, Terry, would not provide last name, said there was nothing he could do, but refund my money, yet no warranty.
