Batteries were dead in my ‘23 Chevy Silverado 2500 with only 23k miles and they got me in and out in a very short time. Nick was fantastic to work with keeping me informed of the work being done to replace only 23k miles and they got me in and out in a very short time. Nick was fantastic to work with keeping me informed of the work being done to replace them through the morning into the afternoon. Will definitely go back when any work is needed. Thanks again Nick. Very poor customer service from the service department 2 weeks ago. We took our 2017 Buick Enclave in for an alternator replacement. When we got it back, the car wouldn’t start. I had to chase down the serv weeks ago. We took our 2017 Buick Enclave in for an alternator replacement. When we got it back, the car wouldn’t start. I had to chase down the service guy and tell him to jump my car. No apology, just “well it started when the tech drove it up here.” Also I was told tire pressure system was “fixed” but in fact it was not. And to top it off my car was filled with leaves and dirt from the dust storm. No attempt to clean it or to apologize. I doubt the service guy even noticed my car was dirty. I emailed corporate and was told I would get a response in 24-48 hours. That was over a week ago. I highly recommend you avoid the service department here. Go the Mesa or a Scottsdale location and save yourself a huge headache! More

Called to schedule an appointment to get a check engine light diagnosed. Appointment scheduled for the next day. Then I received a text from Nick stating that they are 3-4 weeks out on diagnosis and I woul light diagnosed. Appointment scheduled for the next day. Then I received a text from Nick stating that they are 3-4 weeks out on diagnosis and I would need to leave my car there so it could be in line for diagnosis for 3-4 weeks. Needless to say I contacted a different dealership that could get me in the next day and would have it diagnosed in 24 hours. Never going back again. Who expects to be without their car for 3-4 weeks while it’s in line for diagnosis? More
