Very good experience and easy transaction. I did ask for only one credit inquiry as we were pre-approved and per my credit report, there were several inquiries. The salesman Jose Silva (I believe that is his last name) was excellent and unlike other salesman actually treated me like a human being. I love the car I got, and we made a good deal on it. All in all, I would like to recommend the dealership and the brand to people, but I can't. I still don't have my floormats or liners, whichever I am supposed to have. Now I understand that this is due to them being shipped separately from the cars but even that is weird to me. I would think they would all be together. But regardless I am willing to recommend and to return there for service once I get what I am waiting on. More
