i made an appointment online for same day service and received service soon as I arrived. Andres was friendly and respectful. I mentioned I was there for an oil change but had not made appointment for received service soon as I arrived. Andres was friendly and respectful. I mentioned I was there for an oil change but had not made appointment for tire rotation. He stated tire rotation could be done and that a tire alignment would also help with tire wear. Andres was not pushy on the alignment and let me decide if needed, which I chose to. Monday is a good day to be there, seems things weren't too busy. Thank you, Andres. More

I came in for my first Oil Change since purchasing my Vehicle. It turned out that GM provided the 1st Oil Change and Tire Rotation Free. I felt like I had walked into a Waffle House because several peopl Vehicle. It turned out that GM provided the 1st Oil Change and Tire Rotation Free. I felt like I had walked into a Waffle House because several people greeted me and, without hesitation, they pointed me in the right direction. Andres Crane (my Service Mgr.) did some quick paperwork and had me out the door with a promise to have the work done quickly. The work was completed much sooner than promised. I am Happy! More
