Had a great experience with the team at AutoNation Chevrolet Gulf Freeway. Made the appointment online, and the vehicle was ready (along with the salesman) right when it was supposed to. We loved it and it was exactly what we were looking for at a fair price, so we bought it. Everyone was professional and kind. No hidden fees, garbage add-ons or up-sells. I was especially impressed when during the inspection they found something right on the line of compliance with state laws. Could have gone either way. They disclosed the finding and asked what I wanted to do, and then they repaired the item immediately at their cost so that I wouldn't have issues in the future. When my wire transfer took too long and I had to leave before taking delivery of the car, they helped arrange next day delivery for me. Great experience and I would not hesitate to do business with this team. More
