I made an online appointment for my first service, an oil change. When I scheduled via the website I indicated that I would be waiting there at the dealership. It was for 8:30 Saturday morning; they open at change. When I scheduled via the website I indicated that I would be waiting there at the dealership. It was for 8:30 Saturday morning; they open at 8 and I was there by 8:20. When I tried to check in, the service advisor had trouble finding me on the list. Then he just told me where I could wait. This waiting area was in another building. There was no indication that they had over scheduled appointments or how long it would be. I don't expect a 15 minute oil change but certainly not more than 90 minutes. When I finally checked back with the service advisor after 90 minutes he said it would be another 45 minutes. This estimate was accurate. He said that I should have expected it to be 90 minutes or longer. I am most frustrated because I could have dropped off the vehicle if there was some indication on the website that it could be over 2 hours and also because the service advisor didn't mention this when I turned over my key; had he done so, I would have gotten picked up and come back later for it. I bought my 2021 corvette new from them and have had all of my service done there. My last 2 oil changes have taken 4 hours each. Both times, I had appointments. The latest time, they told me that they ha of my service done there. My last 2 oil changes have taken 4 hours each. Both times, I had appointments. The latest time, they told me that they had a hard time getting Mobil1 and that I should have called before I came. That should not be on me to do that, if I made an appointment. Also, I was charged $3 for windshield wiper fluid. Within days after my appt., I got an indicator that the wiper fluid was low. I filled it myself at home. Also, 2 of my tires had the caps missing on the air tubes. I am very disappointed with my recent experiences with them. More

I had a difficult case for a repair through CarShield. I needed a total engine replacement. CarShield did not make the repair process easy for my service advisor in any way. However, my service advisor I needed a total engine replacement. CarShield did not make the repair process easy for my service advisor in any way. However, my service advisor, Nauder, along with the service manager, James, made all the difference. They were able to mitigate all of the delays and put me in a vehicle despite the insurance limitations. The final outcome was a vehicle that was well repaired and all of the details were covered. My engine is running smooth and well. More
