My 2012 Malibu was purchased at AutoNation Gulf Freeway on Oct. 1, 2011. I have, with few exceptions, taken my car to AutoNation Gulf Freeway for required and recommended maintenance. I think this is the secret to having my vehicle still be in great condition. Their mechanics have the knowledge, skill, and the right tools to to the repairs efficiently and correctly on their first try. I have worked with some great service advisors in the past ten years. My service Advisor was not the greatest, I felt like it was all about the money. He did not advise me that he would text my phone when my car was ready. we have had thousands of dollars worth of work done at this dealership. the People that work with you are excellent at explaining what is involved in repairs so you can understand you issue and what they this dealership. the People that work with you are excellent at explaining what is involved in repairs so you can understand you issue and what they will do to repair it and at time improve it. It is first class work at a fair upfront cost. But, many times they have done extra work 'AT' no charge because they feel the need to improve your vehicle before you drive off with it.
