AutoNation Chevrolet Laurel - Service Center

I brought my car in due to "Engine light was on service". Scott was my service rep. He put it in for service tech to check on special equipment to see what the problem was. He said they not be able to get to it right away as very busy might be next week as Mon. was 4th. He was personable & helpful to my situation. He gave me the number to rental car place for me to go. Did text back the next day stating that a tech would be contacting me when he discovered the problem which was on Fri. 1st. Asked for approval to work on it would probably be done next Thurs. which it was as Scott called us & I picked up on Thurs. More

I recently had my 2013 Chevy Volt serviced. The service has greatly improved. They have a new texting system, where I can just text my service advisor rather than wait for him to pick up the ph The service has greatly improved. Scott was very responsive to my texts and texted me when my car was done. In the past, I sometimes had to call, because no one told me that my car was ready. I also liked that he knew what Chevy points were. In the past I would bring in my $20 off vouchers and no one knew what they were. I appreciated that he could log into the system and use any points I had towards the service cost. More
