Service has always been GREAT until now. I had some work done on my truck and when I got home I noticed that my "settings" were not reset and I am unable to reset it manually myself . I have called 3 times and the dealership took a message but I can not get anyone to call me back. I am getting tired of having to continue to reach out to them so that they can complete the job that they were supposed to have completed over a week ago. It is a quick fix and I should not have to continue to wait on them to set up a time to get it done. More

First , the car Jack was a recall after 3 months after I purchase the vehicle. Then it took about a year and 2 month to get it service . Only after I called them to check the status of it .Then the front fe purchase the vehicle. Then it took about a year and 2 month to get it service . Only after I called them to check the status of it .Then the front fender and headlights “ CLIPS” came apart & when I took it in to have it check it , the service manager pointed out that I had ran into something or that someone bump into it . So they called it the service parts manager and ask him for assistance, and he mentioned that “CLIPS” sometimes fall off or are not installed correctly. So it took another two weeks to have them fix correctly but they want to charge me . But I mentioned that it was still under Warranty and I’m not responsible if parts were not installed correctly . So after a few more days they took care of it . When I pick up they ask if I purchase the car NEW ? I assume I did . And it was a car that was brought down from the Austin , Texas area . Then the gentleman, Luis, mentioned that sometimes, manager use cars or that they lend them out to test drive them ... So now I’m wondering if it was a new vehicle? Or if it was involved in some type of accident. Several time I was ask , If I had work done to it . It’s a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer with under 8000 miles . So I hope not to have anymore issues with it . More
