The sales staff is good, but the service center needs a lot of work. I purchased a certified pre-owned trailblazer and got a few oil changes. On my second oil change. The guy was telling me 5 different thi lot of work. I purchased a certified pre-owned trailblazer and got a few oil changes. On my second oil change. The guy was telling me 5 different things it needed. I was like I just got it less than a year ago. He said yeah we don't change fluids and do maintenance before selling or we would have to charge more. I go that doesn't make sense being certified pre-owned. I also bought a car with cash and they said they would fix anything mechanical or safety. They had the car on and off for over a month. I had to split the bill with them cause they kept going on and on. I had to call corporate and I was always on the phone with them. Let's just say they just want your money. Customer service means xxxx to them. More

Every single time I have had an oil change appointment they're supposedly going to sanitize and vacuum my vehicle. Never have. Now they even left the cabin engine filter open and my vehicle wound and felt they're supposedly going to sanitize and vacuum my vehicle. Never have. Now they even left the cabin engine filter open and my vehicle wound and felt like crap until we finally figured it out days later. They actually sent someone over to my house and while she was still on the phone with me for directions thought she had hung and instead called me a Karen FOR NO REASON and proceeded to tell me she did some jobs if I needed anything. YEA NO THANKS. With this being said when u trade my vehicle soon I will be going somewhere else. Even for just an oil change. More

I went there for a oil change, I was told there was a wait time, but I had a appointment. I was in and of there in 30mins. Very nice getting great service fast, Thank you AutoNation Chevy North. The entire point of making an appointment two weeks in advance is so .you vehicle can be seen and hopefully fixed In a timely manner. The fact that my vehicle sat for an entire week without even being touched was extremely upsetting. Imagine my shock when I was told this by management. I had to call everyday for almost a week with absolutely no communication from miss BJ. Mr. Mack did an excellent job of keeping me informed after I went in person to speak with him about the long wait. Do t even try calling because you'll be put on hold for 20 minutes at a time. One AC issue was kind of resolved however a presumed leak was never found and my electrical issue wasn't resolved. They did the best they could when they finally looked at it I guess. All in all I'll be going to a different dealership in town. Hopefully I'll have better luck. More
