The entire point of making an appointment two weeks in advance is so .you vehicle can be seen and hopefully fixed In a timely manner. The fact that my vehicle sat for an entire week without even being touched was extremely upsetting. Imagine my shock when I was told this by management. I had to call everyday for almost a week with absolutely no communication from miss BJ. Mr. Mack did an excellent job of keeping me informed after I went in person to speak with him about the long wait. Do t even try calling because you'll be put on hold for 20 minutes at a time. One AC issue was kind of resolved however a presumed leak was never found and my electrical issue wasn't resolved. They did the best they could when they finally looked at it I guess. All in all I'll be going to a different dealership in town. Hopefully I'll have better luck. More
