In not signing any application and running my credit on a whim that they find and locate my truck. I felt they should have located the truck first and then finalize the purchase. On my way out the dealership I told them find my truck then give me a call. Seth the desk manager just laughed and said we won't. After that his associates laughed. So just had a horrible experience with the sales managers. The sales rep Derek was great, but the bulldog ambush and low balling of my trade by the two sales managers tanked the sale. The managers tactics were horrible and insulting, would not recommend this dealership....not to mention the exhorbatant amount of time they took to even generate an offer sheet from the managers, I don't have 30 minutes to wait around, to have a manager BS on his cell phone with my paperwork in his hand. Poor. More

It was possibley the easiest buying experience I have ever had. My only complaints where that none of the cars we test drove had gas in them.
