I normally dislike car dealerships due to high pressure sales tactics, but AutoNation Chevrolet in Waco was a breath of fresh air. Roland was amazing to work with, he drove around the lot to try and locate another vehicle similar to the one I originally was looking for, unfortunately they did not have another vehicle of the same make and model that I was looking for. Roland gave me options for similar vehicles, and I found a 2023 Equinox that I liked. Never at any point did I feel pressured into making a decision, and I always felt like I was in control of deciding what the next step was.
