I normally dislike car dealerships due to high pressure sales tactics, but AutoNation Chevrolet in Waco was a breath of fresh air. Roland was amazing to work with, he drove around the lot to try and locate another vehicle similar to the one I originally was looking for, unfortunately they did not have another vehicle of the same make and model that I was looking for. Roland gave me options for similar vehicles, and I found a 2023 Equinox that I liked. Never at any point did I feel pressured into making a decision, and I always felt like I was in control of deciding what the next step was. I took my Chevy Colorado in for service because my oil was low. Although the appointment took longer than expected, Shannon took great care of me and comped my oil change. AutoNation Waco Texas was great at working with us to fit us in around our very busy life. We were in and out within an hour and the waiting area was clean safe and comfortable and at 7am the free coffee wa us in around our very busy life. The service Tech kept us well informed of our progress and after our car was finished pulled it up close so my old, crippled butt could get in it easily.
