We went to Auto Nation in Waco after my daughter's car was totaled in a wreck. Our salesman was Pablo and I can't remember the finance man's name but they were both amazing!! I do genuinely like this dealership for many reasons. I have unfortunately had to visit the dealership a little too often due to car issues. With that being said, the times I have been there, the people I have unfortunately had to visit the dealership a little too often due to car issues. With that being said, the times I have been there, the people that work in the service department are typically very kind, communicate well, and try to get me the best deal possible when I am checking out for my service. Grant has worked with me the last couple trips and he seems to genuinely care about me, my car, and respects my time. I have no actual proof of this, but there has been more than one occurrence of taking my car in to get something worked on, and I come out with another new issue that I have to bring my car back to get worked on some more. This has been very frustrating, and I'm not sure if it's just because I am really unlucky, or if there is something else going on there. However, this has cost me thousands of dollars as it has happened multiple times. More
