I feel it took to long to diagnose my vehicle. Left it on Monday and did not get it back til Thursday. I was not offered a loaner vehicle to drive in the meantime. Dealership took over a month to get my Suburban. Despite the time it took for us to get it back Jermiah was really on top of things keeping us in the loop about the process with warranty. Jermiah was so helpful explaining why it was taking so long each time we called and reassured us our vehicle was in good hands.
