I was very disappointed in the after-purchase of my vehicle. My truck was delivered and they failed to detail it. The vehicle was wiped down and delivered to me with visible stains on the seat, floor d vehicle. My truck was delivered and they failed to detail it. The transaction was good, but I was disappointed that no one saw the condition of my vehicle and thought that a deep detail was needed. This should not be an option but a must when purchasing and delivering a vehicle. Very, very disappointed. I took it back to have it detailed and was told they don't steam clean seats but basically just do the bare minimum, with a wash and a wipe down and that's it. Very unhappy. More

Customer Service needs great improvements. In the front office and in service, the lack of communication with customer is none. i bought my truck it has been in the shop more than i have had i In the front office and in service, the lack of communication with customer is none. i bought my truck it has been in the shop more than i have had it. it is in the shop now, they can not figure out how to fix it, so now after it being in there 6 times, they decided to send it over to Dodge, they have had it now 8 days, and one has bothered to give me a call with any updates. they never answer the phones or return any calls. i have talked with the manager at this location, about the lack of customer concern and they still show no concern, it takes 5 seconds to call the customer with an update. I have several numbers to call but no one ever answer, so what good is it to have phone service; people are friendly, but not helpful at all More
