I was experiencing a problem with my 2020 Silverado’s transmission. Scheduled an appt and dropped off my truck . After a few days of waiting for an update ii was connected with a man named Bill Knight. M transmission. Scheduled an appt and dropped off my truck . Mr knight apologized for the delays, got my truck looked at immediately and subsequently got my truck repaired when he said he would the next day. When i picked up my truck Mr Knight could not have been more customer focused, he’s a great asset to Auto Nation and the type of customer service professional one would expect from a Chevy dealership. Bill again apologized for the communication delays from the service specialist that i was Initially working with and got me on my way….I highly recommend AutoNation. More
