Anywhere else is better than this place. I regret buying a vehicle from them and will never do business with them again. I went back to the service department here to have my truck looked I regret buying a vehicle from them and will never do business with them again. I went back to the service department here to have my truck looked at after the temperature gauge stopped working in the vehicle and the A/C stopped working. I have a warranty I purchased with them when I bought my vehicle and thought it was easiest to have them do the work and deal with the warranty company since the warranty is also with AutoNation. I WAS WRONG. I called to bring my vehicle in and was told it would be 3-5 days before i can even get a diagnostics done on the truck...... I didn't have a choice so i brought the vehicle in, explained what i wanted looked at since the truck is still under warranty and went on my way. It took them over a week to get back to me... they asked if i ever has radiator work done.. i told them no, i bought this truck from you with 5 miles on it and haven't had any work done. He explained that they found an air bubble in the radiator line and thought that could be the issue and wanted to do a coolant flush. I told them to sent it to the warranty company since everything was covered. The service tech seemed puzzled.. he didn't remember our conversation or make notes in my file about me bringing the vehicle in for warranty service. He also told me that my Freon was low and stated that the only was it can be low is a leak... I asked him to submit a claim on that as well.. and reminded him that i also wanted new wiper blades from the warranty company.. He said ok and he would get back to me. We are now going on Two weeks of them having my vehicle and I have to call back to ask what is going on. He said he was waiting to hear back from the warranty company, so i call them directly and they said there are no claims in for my vehicle. I call the shop back and explain this to them and he says he will look into what's going on and call me back. He proceeds to send me screen shot of a submitted claim with no time or date. So i wait for another day and hear nothing. I call the warranty company again and they tell me a claim was submitted the day before and it was denied because coolant flushes aren't covered. I asked about any other claims and he said there was none. So i called the shop back, asked why there was only one claim and why one for Wiper blades was not submitted. I was told it was... To sum all of this up, I was lied to about when claims were submitted, not listen to with what i was asking to be done, told that nothing could be found and my car was ok, besides the coolant flush. I picked up my truck Friday evening after them having it for about three weeks and the check engine light went on the very next day, the temperature gauge still didn't work, nor did the A/C. during all of this I made several requests to have someone from management call me back to discuss anything that was going on, and its now over a month and i am yet to get a call. I brought my truck to a Pep Boys next to my house, they identified the issue the same day ( a thermostat housing was sticking and that was causing the computer to think my engine was overheating, thus not allowing the A/C to function) and had my truck back to my within two days, one of the days was just waiting for payment from the warranty company. I WILL NEVER GET SERVICE DONE OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISMETN AGAIN. THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST IN MIND AND ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER IN THE SLIGHTEST. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. Other establishments would love to treat you fair and help you out. If you are looking to a bad time and enjoy frustration, this is the place to go. More
Visited your dealership with an appointment to change my car's oil and replace the windshield wiper. It was a 2008 Corvette. Upon arrival and after Glynn spent more than 10 minutes taking photos of my car car's oil and replace the windshield wiper. It was a 2008 Corvette. Upon arrival and after Glynn spent more than 10 minutes taking photos of my car and filling out paperwork, Glynn informed me that it would be 2.5 to 3 hours for my car to be serviced and that his dealership did not have the oil or wipers in stock. This is unbelievable. A Chevrolet dealership that has to go to wait on Mobil 1 5/30 oil to be delivered from Advance Auto? Then, after 2.5 hours and no update from Glynn, I walked to the Service Desk. Glynn never acknowledged me and another service rep asked how he could help and subsequently provided me with an update. Finally, Glynn stated that the wipers did not arrive and that they would complete the oil change. Then, as I was checking out, Glynn stated that the wipers were indeed installed. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a Chevrolet Dealership Service Department. I found it interesting that there was an armed security guard hired to be stationed at the Service Dept desk at this dealership. After my experience, I can imagine that the armed guard is necessary due to poor service from this dealership. Never would I ever visit this dealership again, nor purchase a car. Terrible experience. I met with service mgr and GM and expressed my opinion. I informed them I’d like to use my Chevrolet's reward points. Problem with reward number. Provided next day. Service Mgr promised a credit would be issued for the reward points. I’ve never received credit some 4 weeks later. Just terrible vibe from my first visit. While GM and Service Mgr were collegial, the experience and results here was not a good one. “ there’s only one chance for an initial good impression” and the results here don’t meet that test. In future I’ll go to an Independent repair shop or another dealer. More

Their receptionist Glynn in the Service area also sucks and doesn’t get anything done you ask him, make sure you don’t trust these 2 with anything in there. This dealership sold me a damaged car that had battery problems and side mirror problems. These 2 who were suppose to help me figure out a solution only made things extremely worse on top of that I’ve lost a lot of money because of them. Chevrolet dealership would be a better place if Glynn and Mike didn’t work there. More
I came in for a oil change , I parked into the stall. I waited 5 minutes before getting out the car. Thinking someone was gonna come out and greet me since I was the only one install. No, very disrespect I waited 5 minutes before getting out the car. Thinking someone was gonna come out and greet me since I was the only one install. No, very disrespected at that point. And when I went inside, I still had to wait at least 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. It took them an hour and 15 minutes to do a basic oil change which I thought it would be a full oil change. Wait. Rotating the tires filling up all the fluids and checking to see if anything on my car was need it changing, but no one discussed that with me and to find out that. I do not have synthetic oil in my vehicle. Was very discouraging More
Purchased GMC vehicle W/AutoNation Ford, brought it to any AutoNation GMC for service for $0 deductible. Made appt meet w/ adv went over issues & coverages so they knew what's needed & provided. Once vehi any AutoNation GMC for service for $0 deductible. Made appt meet w/ adv went over issues & coverages so they knew what's needed & provided. Once vehicle in their possession it was like pulling teeth to getting anyone on phone. When he called he'd ask about extended warranty even though he was told @ intake & provided all warranty info. Adv asked 6x total if I had warranty, should've seen in system since purchased w/ AutoNation. Adv finally submitted paperwork to warranty & got sent back, blamed delay on them. He's reason for send back as paperwork was incorrect & missing photos. Why wasn't it done before sent to them? Key fob issue, gave both fobs @ intake & explained issue. Adv called 2x after asking me to restate issue 1x to him 1x to tech. Told me he'd need both fobs he'd received @ intake! Then, "looks like the battery is dead we can’t work until you buy new one." After having for a week battery's so dead it’s not jumpable/rechargeable but 100% dead? I get they don't last 4ever especially in FL but I check all setting when getting into vehicle. Tire pressure, transmission fluid temp, battery volt, oil life etc. never had issue so I call B.S. Told adv I wasn’t picking up vehicle until I spoke w/management, was told he’ll just see me when I get there. Not acceptable way to do business & treat customers. Showed 20% off oil change coupon @ checkout I’d received from AutoNation as was told to do @ intake. Checkout adv, “those need to be shown at intake”. I DID & was told nothing they do until checkout! All panels around gear shifter (part replaced) falling apart. Tech working on vehicle wasn’t there it cant be fixed. Told me bring it back to be fixed. HOW DID IT GET THIS FAR W/O ANYONE NOTICING THE CONDITION! Worst experience ever & honestly thought it was a prank. How company of such large caliber get off preforming such work? My advisor gave 0% confidence throughout this experience, why I repeatedly asked for different one. More
