I bought my car in this dealer in February 2015 and it was service at this dearler every year after that. on December 2020 the transmition went bad it took 2 and half months to find the part to do the rep was service at this dearler every year after that. on December 2020 the transmition went bad it took 2 and half months to find the part to do the repairs and it took me to escalate to GM Chevrolet to get the parts. The communication with my advisor (Andrew Lyland) was the worst phone calls were not responded or emails it took sometime more than a couple of days to get an answer. I feel that if I will not involved GM I still will be waiting for the parts. More

I visited this dealership with my parents when they purchased their 2003 Tahoe LT and to this date 2022, it is still active in our construction business…built like a rock. Proud to say that I have my own family today and we purchase our own Silverado and couldn’t be more gracious. An amazing 2 decade of service; thank you. More
I'm very upset with this dealer. I have taken my vehicle from 9/2021 to 2/18/2022 - total of 4 times with the same issue. Steve Beall has been great at customer service but resolving I have taken my vehicle from 9/2021 to 2/18/2022 - total of 4 times with the same issue. Steve Beall has been great at customer service but resolving the issue is the true matter. The Service Manager got involved and I thought that would settle it however it didn't. I give their service center a fat 2, and will have to escalate this to management. DO NOT this service center!!!! More
