I recently purchased a used Corvette from another dealership in town. (not a Chevy dealer). a few days later I noticed that the clear panel roof had sun damage. I decided to take the car to the neare dealership in town. (not a Chevy dealer). a few days later I noticed that the clear panel roof had sun damage. I decided to take the car to the nearest Chevrolet dealer by my home to have them xxxxx the problem. I expected a fight on my hands. This is where I met Tim Brown in the service dept. I told him briefly about the problem and he was all ears. Before we even got to the car he told me that they would fix the problem. No sarcasm or anything, i was shocked. He asked me if this was my first Corvette and I told him yes. He acknowledged the problem and assured me that GM would take care of the problem. He then took the time to answer a couple of questions I had about the car and was very thorough. I appreciated that very much, He seemed very sincere and proud to represent GM. He then checked the vin# and told me that i had a great deal of warranty on the car that I didn't even know about. Again he went the extra step. The whole experience was UNBELIEVABLE, not what I expected or how i thought I would be treated in the service drive. I sure wish all employees would treat customers like Tim treated me, maybe some businesses wouldn't be in such trouble. Still not impressed 100% with Chevrolets quality. I don't believe a 3 year old car should have to have its roof replaced but I'm sure GM will get there. Tim made it all right. Car has been fixed and all went great on that visit as well. I will buy mu next new Corvette from your dealer as long as you have Tim there, More

On April 2nd, 2012 I brought my Chevy 2006 Impala in because it was having a problem and needed a new water pump,I spent over a thousand dollars to fix the problem and when i got the carback they said i because it was having a problem and needed a new water pump,I spent over a thousand dollars to fix the problem and when i got the carback they said it should be as perfect as a new car but when i left the car ended up having more problems than when I brought it in. It started having transmission problems along with other things and to top that off the problem I first brought it in for was never really fixed,I ended up going and trading my car in at another dealership for a new car because this chevy dealership never does the job, this was not the first time I brought my car in and it came out with more problems. PLEASE I ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I dealt with Service Advisor Cio Montalvo, and it sucked. Never dealing with this Chevy dealership again. More
