Horrible place, my experience with the parts department was extremely horrible, gave me the wrong item, and when I went to return the item they wanted to charge me a re-stocking fee even though they messed was extremely horrible, gave me the wrong item, and when I went to return the item they wanted to charge me a re-stocking fee even though they messed up. I spoke to the parts manager (Paul) about this situation. While speaking to Paul, Edgar (guy who sold me the wrong item) wanted to argue with me in front of other customers and his manager. Even threatening me that he wanted to fight me and I quote "Did you wanna step outside." extremely unprofessional. More

Scheduled a service appointment through the MyChevrolet App. Arrived and was pleasantly greeted and directed inside the service department. A helpful smile got me all set up and directed me to go relax in App. Arrived and was pleasantly greeted and directed inside the service department. A helpful smile got me all set up and directed me to go relax in the lobby while waiting for my oil change to be done. A few minutes later I was checked on by a lovely lady named Angela. She informed me of how it was going and that if I needed anything to come get her. I was offered a nice specialized coffee from their free machine. I had a pleasant, quick experience and will return again. More
