As always Kim Dennison and Jeremiah came through for me. ...honestly they put set all my concerns. Lots of folks told me how long it takes for repairs since Covid ...but Kim told me to bring my PT in and t ...honestly they put set all my concerns. Lots of folks told me how long it takes for repairs since Covid ...but Kim told me to bring my PT in and they would take care of me. I was so relieved to hear Jeremiah would be able to take a look at it and also do an oil change while it was there. The part was located, delivered and I was able to have my car back in just a couple of days. Kim keep me posted of the progress and I was reassured one more all was going well. "Baby" is a 2008 but always in good care at this dealership. All is done for my comfort and even while I waited to see what the problem was...folks stopped by to check on me. Jake was the gentleman that took me home ….he asked me if I wanted some coffee or water before we left. So thoughtful....I am 75 years old and sometimes people think of you as invisible.....not here. You are their concern and you are well taken care of. The most valuable "assets" at this dealership are the Associates there.. Very good and knowledged in their part of their job and really are there to advise you. Kim and Jeremiah are quite a team..."love them"....Jake was A#1 too ! I will go not other place for oil changes or work on my car. Thank you so much for allowing me to let you know I am so pleased! More
