Chris Anderson provided excellent and friendly service. 3 things stood out to me: 1. There was a question as to whether I might need a new battery. None of the seats or mirrors appeared to be adjusted by the service dept. so I didn't have to spend time re-adjusting. A very positive experience. I needed the service department to change my battery. I took it in and they said it was going to be ready by 11:30 that day. Well the battery that they ordered was the wrong one and two hours later the I took it in and they said it was going to be ready by 11:30 that day. Very nice and professional staff. Oil and filter change was performed in a very timely and efficient manner. My vehicle was brought out and put in the parking lot.
