Was able to get an appointment almost Immediately. Broke down on 95S, googled the closest dealer and called the service department and Kim took me in rightaway on a late Friday literally at closing time. I was also setup with a rental so I wouldn't be stran the service department and Kim took me in rightaway on a late Friday literally at closing time. I was also setup with a rental so I wouldn't be stranded. By Monday my truck was being inspected and an update was provided and approved so that parts could be ordered. I had my truck back by Friday am. Couldn't be more pleased with the turn around time considering what needed to be serviced and repaired. More
