The issue with the check engine light was resolved. It took two visits to resolve as after replacing a fuel injector another part proved to be faulty and then that was corrected at a later visit. That was good and no issues with the actual service and give the service technician a '5' star. My issue with the service department was I was told to call back to make an appointment and at one time come back in in two weeks. I would call and ask for a call back and did not get one. I went there with a paint corrosion issue and was told it was submitted to Chrysler to check and verify if it was covered by the 5 year warranty. After about a month went by no call back and I went in and asked and was told Chrysler did not respond yet. I asked for Service Dept. representative to contact them. That did not happen. All this occurred starting in October through November. I called again to talk to my service rep and no call back. I went to another Chrysler Dealer, they looked at my vehicle. They took pictures and sent me immediately to their body shop. I got a call back within 3 days to schedule the appointment. Done. In short, a customer should not be chasing the service department rep to get appointments scheduled and to get a call back or even follow up with the service rep to see if they followed up on what they're supposed to do. More

Provides service beyond expectations. I've moved around the local area, and had decent service at Beaufort, and terrible, slow, non-communicative service in Savannah.
