Jeep had my brand new Jeep Wrangler (got it in June 2021) from November 12 and needed a part. The part finally came in 6 weeks later. Took the car home and turned around 3 miles later with it in worse cond from November 12 and needed a part. The part finally came in 6 weeks later. Took the car home and turned around 3 miles later with it in worse condition than when I brought it in. Picked it up on Friday and returned it right back and now it is Tuesday and no response from the service department as to what is wrong. I have tried calling multiple times and no answer from the service department. Also, told them I needed a 4-wheel vehicle to take to the mountains for Christmas but no real help there either - from them or their rental agency (Hertz). They don't even seem to want to help. They have had my Jeep now for nearly 7 weeks and it is no closer to being fixed. Between Jeep and Hertz their rental company, no one seems to want to go above and beyond to make things right. I will NEVER purchase a car from this dealership or Autonation unless they can step it up. More

I have been dealing with Peacock Chrysler for 3 years. It all started with Harry Jones. He spent 6 or 7 hours showing me how the Chrysler Pacifica works. Janet Bedell was my first service consultant. Shiloh all started with Harry Jones. He spent 6 or 7 hours showing me how the Chrysler Pacifica works. Janet Bedell was my first service consultant. Shiloh Rudd is always very helpful. Justin Ring the service manager is always available to help. When I made my first visit to the new management team, Scott the general manager introduced himself. He let me know that he was available if needed. All of the folks mentioned deserve five stars. More
When it comes to selling or finding customers their cars, they are great. When it comes to service they are horrible. My Jeep had one active recall and seven miscommunications happening with my computer syst they are great. When it comes to service they are horrible. My Jeep had one active recall and seven miscommunications happening with my computer system (one of which was the commination of my seatbelt) and the service department did not work with me and scheduled me a month out for service. That was after leaving four messages on the service voicemail trying to get an appointment. I then left my car at the dealership with a scheduled appointment for 11am and I never received an update until I called them (which took 10 tries to get someone on the phone) until 4pm. Then, I was called 10 minutes prior to the service department was closing letting me know if I was there in the next 10-15 minutes I could get my car back otherwise I would have to come back in the morning. Needless to say, I will really think twice before using them again. More
Very nice staff. Nice waiting area with the cafe. The only negative is that most recently it is difficult to get someone to answer the phone. Was not a problem until recently.
