Hilton Head Chrysler Jeep Dodge Fiat - Service Center

I was in your dealership last week for an oil change and tire rotation. I struggled to connect with the on-site team by phone as I called the number listed on your web site which connected me with someone a tire rotation. I struggled to connect with the on-site team by phone as I called the number listed on your web site which connected me with someone at a call center. For the second time the call center folks scheduled me for service somewhere other than HH, (which I requested). The first time I used the call center, a few months back, they scheduled me for service in Birmingham, AL, last week they scheduled me for service in Louisville, KY. I never got the promised conformation e-mail from the call center rep, so I called the dealership. It is difficult to connect by phone with a live person in service. I eventually called sales and asked for a transfer to service. The person that answered in sales was very helpful and said, "you need Sarah". I was transferred to Sarah who took great care of me, she got me in for an oil change that day and kept me posted as I waited in your lobby (and had a hot dog :)). I was particularly grateful for Justin giving me some of his time as I popped my head in his office for a technical question (recommended operating oil psi?), he is always helpful and gives me a well thought out answer, not just a "knee jerk". Nice job Sarah and Justin. More

I came in for oil change and general check-up without ab appointment. The young lady at the Service desk took my information and assured me that the work could be done in about an hour. She made sure I w appointment. The young lady at the Service desk took my information and assured me that the work could be done in about an hour. She made sure I was comfortable in the show room area and popped out a couple of times with a progress report. I went in for the usual service for my car. It only took about an hour, was super fast and efficient! I bought my Jeep from this dealership and I love them using them for the ~yearly services. Update Nov 10: it’s now over 3 months later. Still not being helped. Left multiple voicemails and emails with Justin Ring, service manager to just hear some sort of update and have received ZERO Still not being helped. He’s always “not available.” I thought this was looking hopeful when the GM was so responsive 3 months ago, but I’m still waiting and receiving no help. Issue with service communication, but GM was awesome at helping bring a resolution. Phone system uses a call center (which they reportedly are trying to change) and it's been difficult to get a word back on corrosion repair request. But finally reached Scott Meshalum, GM, and was super attentive. Got it resolved for me personally within 1 business hour. Finally booked for corrosion repairs. Thanks Scott! (Update…corrosion was more extensive than planned, and they sent it back in august telling me they needed to replace the doors….3 months later, NOTHING) More
