The service at ANFW is non existent ,had appointment for Tuesday 5/30/2023 at 9am, by 4:15 that day I had not heard from ANFW, so I contacted them & was informed that it took between 24-48 hours for a diagn Tuesday 5/30/2023 at 9am, by 4:15 that day I had not heard from ANFW, so I contacted them & was informed that it took between 24-48 hours for a diagnoses.( this is verifiable, I still have the text message from ANFW ) On Thursday 6/1/2023 I was informed that the tech assigned to my truck was out for the day, and would be diagnosed on Friday 6/2/2023. on Saturday 6/3/2023 i called to check the status of my truck & was informed that my service adviser AND the tech were both out for the day, and that my truck had not even been looked at, as you can guess, I was P*$$ed off to the 100th degree!! I told the service adviser to cancel the repair request and that I would be there in a couple of hours to pick up my truck. This level of customer service is TOTALLY UNACEPTABLE !!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! save yourself some headaches & stay as far away from ANFW as possible, you'll thank me later!!!!!!!!!! As soon as I got home I started praying that they would PLEASE send me one of those TAKE OUR SERVEY & TELL US HOW WE DID ON YOUR LAST VISIT TO ANFW :-)) More
