After dropping off my vehicle, dealer gave me a list of recommended repairs, and I approved all of these repairs to be done. When I was notified the car was ready for pick up. I asked via text and voicem recommended repairs, and I approved all of these repairs to be done. When I was notified the car was ready for pick up. I asked via text and voicemail if all the repairs were complete. Dealer would not respond after 2 days of me making contacting them. Upon pick up of the vehicle I realized the recommended repairs were not complete. Caused me several trips of leaving work early and driving to the dealership to physically get things done. Upon leaving the dealership, I washed the car to find that my hood is pretty badly scratched up. A dealer rep called for a verbal review, and I told them about the scratched up hood, but they did not comment or offer to look at it. Very painful experience. . Mark K. More
