I usually have a good experience but this time around it was terrible. And I still have an issue that hasn’t been resolved!!! Worked with 3 different service consultants. Made me wait 3 days without an u was terrible. And I still have an issue that hasn’t been resolved!!! Worked with 3 different service consultants. Made me wait 3 days without an update. Things went missing from my car. Now, I have to schedule yet another appointment and waste a day for them to yet make me wait car-less so they can resolve an issue that should have been fully resolved 2 weeks ago. More
The review begins when I arrived at the dealer for service and sat in truck for 10 mins without anyone coming out to greet me. So I went inside all of the service advisors were sitting at their desks service and sat in truck for 10 mins without anyone coming out to greet me. So I went inside all of the service advisors were sitting at their desks. Several looked up at me and ignored me. I spoke up and said I’m here for my service appointment who do I talk to? Only 1 person even acknowledged that. Pulled up my name and said I was scheduled with Don and pointed him out. Went over to Don and he started asking why I was coming in. Well I gave the list to the scheduling person, why bother if you aren’t going to check it? Then he told me oh this will require a technician that’s going to be 2-3 days before I can even get you seen. Again that’s what the scheduler explained and that’s why I scheduled my appointment a week out so I didn’t have to wait for a technician. He just said sorry we are busy. Now on to the repair. None of issues I brought the truck in for were fixed. There was a recall on my truck and was told that was causing my issues. They completely the recall but the issues are still there. In fact 2 out of the 3 are worse. More
I had some warranty work to be done, so I went in to set an appointment. I told them that it could only be done on Saturdays, because I use my truck for work, so I couldn’t leave it any other day but Saturd an appointment. I dropped my truck off on Saturday, and was assured that it would be done by the end of the day. They called me about an hour before it was supposed to be ready, and told me that they couldn’t get the issue resolved yet and asked if I could leave it through Monday. I missed a day of work, but I agreed. I just wanted it fixed. I call Monday at about 4 o’clock, and I’m told that they are going to need it another day. I said no way, and I’ll have to pick it up. When I’m told by the service writer, “I don’t care”. When I picked it up, I told them that I’m going to have to wait until a Saturday. I make a Saturday appointment. When I show up, I’m told that they cant do those kind of repairs on Saturday, and that if I want it fixed, I’ll have to leave it for about a week and to get a rental, because they have no loaners. So basically, I wasted a bunch of time, it cost me a days wages, and who knows how much a rental will cost me, to fix a warranty issue, that shouldn’t cost me anything. If I didn’t have to take it to the dealer to get it fixed, I wouldn’t. More
My car was at the collision center and from start to finish I received great service,updates, and communication from Elisabeth. I bought my truck here and always have it serviced here. My service advisor Dana is wonderful. She let's me know when there are specials. I bought my new tires from there. I just recently got a oil change, My service advisor Dana is wonderful. She let's me know when there are specials. I bought my new tires from there. I just recently got a oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I felt the steering wheel was getting harder to steer. Dana helped me save a little bit on the alignment. I usually schedule an appointment when I go there, but I have just drive in to get my oil changed. More

I am so disappointed in the service department. I am more disappointed that I wasted money for an oil change package that I can't use because I don't have 3 hours to sit for an oil change that shou I am more disappointed that I wasted money for an oil change package that I can't use because I don't have 3 hours to sit for an oil change that should take no more than 15 minutes.
