Oil change took 2 hours! And I had an appointment. I told the guy please text me or call my name over intercom when It was done. After a 2 hour wait I find out it’s been finished! Also they have zero cars if you need service which I was not told. So I can’t get service on my new gladiator which has a squeaky steering wheel. I only have one car so I would have no way to work. Not Good. Did not listen to my request. I felt they were short and Rude. Dana was my sales associate. I needed and oil change and tire rotation. She said I had a contract and all was good. This was the 2nd time, I literally had to DRIVE BACK to the dealership on 2 different vehicles and show them where it was, in the glove box as I described.....Very frustrating and very lazy.
