Issue buying car. Issue on warranty. Issue oil change done. Had apt. Had to wait. Took 2 hours. Employee spun my tires taking car back. Moved seat and steering wheel. Issue on warranty. Put hood pins on upside down. Didn’t wipe oil that spilled changing oil filer. Had oil in my garage floor. Had to clean up 3 times. Employee spilled oil on ignition coils. Every time at this dealer. Always a issue. Nobody to greet u as u pull up into service line. No organization. Nobody seems to know what is going on in service. So many things done wrong on my oil change. More

I was told by service manager that if I got my vehicle in that day they could diagnose a check engine light that day or the following. Upon arrival, manager told me he didn’t know who I spoke too but it will that day they could diagnose a check engine light that day or the following. Upon arrival, manager told me he didn’t know who I spoke too but it will be a minimum 5 days (vehicle must remain) before they could take a look. When he questioned who I talked too, I did not know so I called the same number on my call log. Best part was that his specific phone rang. The icing on the cake was this was Wednesday (2/1/23) first day of ice storm and he was the only manager on site. I found someone to meet me up there driving on iced roads for nothing. On average, I buy a vehicle once a year for my business and will never go to this dealership again even if they are the closest to my business. More
Service was fine. However, dealership requires you to drop off your vehicle for an inordinate amount of time before even assessing issues with the vehicle. They asked me to leave my truck for 5-7 business days when they were not going to look at my truck during that time. I am not sure why, they can't just tell me when they are ready to look at my truck and I will bring it up there? Keylan was fine to work with and had no issues with the work done. The overall business model needs to be reviewed. More
