5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That should be enough said! However, the quality of customer service was terrible. I called them twice with no return call and no one could tell me if my car w be enough said! However, the quality of customer service was terrible. When I decided to go in without a call to find out in person what was going on I saw my vehicle being pulled around to front and then was told I had to wait 10-15 minutes for the paperwork to be processed since my sales contact was out to lunch. Horrible experience. I could be much more understanding with just a simple phone call but apparently lunch was more important than keeping a customer happy. It was my first and last time taking my car there! More
