I have a busy life and I needed my car maintenanced. I didn’t have the time to wait and find out what all needed to be done and fixed. I told the service personnel my schedule and he told me that they I didn’t have the time to wait and find out what all needed to be done and fixed. I told the service personnel my schedule and he told me that they could accommodate. From, allowing me to drop my vehicle off, to quickly checking in so I could catch my flight, to effectively communicating (via text, email, and call) the services needed, to having my baby washed and ready upon return, I was so appreciative of the process and convenience. To all involved with my 2015 (Pitch Black) SRT 392 6-Speed Manual Challenger who worked together for my engine and transmission replacement, Thank You, from the bottom of my heart (where there is now 6-Speed Manual Challenger who worked together for my engine and transmission replacement, Thank You, from the bottom of my heart (where there is now also conveniently the world's smallest pacemaker). Due to the circumstances, it was a rough start, but everyone ended up banding together too make this happen. This car is near and dear to my heart, as it was to my father's before his passing recently and it was quite the emotional experience for me to finally receive Christine (My cars name) back following his passing. Please know that for some people, a car is a car, but for others, it's a lifestyle that can (in a moments notice) becomes one of the most priceless, sentimental things in their possession even when it's physically not able to be. My family has been Mopar enthusiasts for over 20 years, and we don't intend to change that. Despite working for the Sterling McCall Chevrolet competition down the street for a decade, AutoNation has been our go-to dealer for several years now. Please accept my thanks, for going above and beyond, and pass that down from corporate, down to the the technicians and valet drivers involved in handling my vehicle. Some words I cannot find to do justice to just how overly satisfied with how it all turned out. Please put my service consultant, Fred Erdman on the spot for doing an excellent, extraordinary job, and having extreme patience and empathy while my life was, and still, is turned upsidedown by outside happenings unrelated to the dealership. Also the service director, Chuck Halbwachs deserves recognition for putting up with my fugue state during the devastating, sudden and unexpected loss of my Father in the midst of this. I've now inherited his 2017 RAM 1500 R/T that was his his 2nd pride and joy next to me. Sincerely, Brandon Lee Neal More

Then I called and spoke with Sallie she was so nice she told me that me service rep was Fred me for several days. I continue to call but got no help. Then I called and spoke with Sallie she was so nice she told me that me service rep was Fred. She answered all my questions I had. She stated that she will give my information to Fred, he NEVER contact me agai. I called left him messages still NO CALL from Fred. Then I just called and ask for the MANAGER. Just a reminder I AM STILL WITH NO TRANSPORTATION. I can’t remember the manager name I spoke with but he made sure I got a rental and that my vehicle was being diagnosed. I really hate to say this but I felt like since I was an AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN I was being treated wrong. You all need to speak with FRED because his customer service is horrible. More
