Scheduled a service visit with someone on the phone. Specifically told them I needed a 30k mile service, and had some warranty concerns that I wanted addressed. Took time off to drop off my Ram, at Specifically told them I needed a 30k mile service, and had some warranty concerns that I wanted addressed. Took time off to drop off my Ram, at the scheduled time. Upon arriving, I was told it would be another 2 weeks before they could look at my warranty issues, but could do the maintenance within an hour. The maintenance ended up taking two hours. After paying and receiving my keys, I noticed the technicians failed to rotate my tires. Adding another 30 minutes while I waited for them to rectify that. I will take my business elsewhere in future to a dealership that respects it's customers time and money. This isn't the first bad experience I have had here, but it will be the last. More

Very professional as I stopped in without an appointment. Within 40 minutes my multi point inspection was completed. So, I had a good experience from check in to completion.
