They are great for gasoline trucks beyond helping. But they destroyed my 2021 cummins and then Wiped there hands clean from it. I will not buy another truck from autonation. I had an appointment and he wait was almost 2 hjours for an oil change and tire rotation, this would be 30 minutes any where alse. The only reason I went there is because I bought the oil change package wit an oil change and tire rotation, this would be 30 minutes any where alse. I cannot explain how irritated and frustrated that I am with the service department over at AutoNation Spring. BAD BUSINESS! I purchased my vehicle in August from Bill Jones and he was amazing. The purchas with the service department over at AutoNation Spring. BAD BUSINESS! I purchased my vehicle in August from Bill Jones and he was amazing. The purchase process was as smooth and easy as I could have asked for but after the purchase was made, my whole experience was ruined. The service department had my vehicle for a little over a month waiting on two parts that was supposed to fix the minor service issues that the car needed. After a month of getting the run around and put on the back burner by the service manager, I was called in to pick up my car, which obviously was either not diagnosed correctly or was not fixed correctly. Here I am barely a month after picking my car up and I am having the SAME EXACT problems that I had prior to service supposedly fixing the issue. I get in contact with the service manager who then tells me that i must contact my salesman first, which makes no sense considering that the service manager was the one responsible for fixing the issues but I went ahead and followed his direction. Got in touch with Mr. Jones and he tells me that I need to speak with Fred in service, so at this point I feel as if my concern is not a concern to neither the salesman or the service department. I finally get ahold of Fred in the service department and his concern is 0 as well. He explains to me that I will have to drop my car off and wait ANOTHER 3-5 days for a diagnostic ONLY and then they will be able to tell me what the problem is. At this point, I regret even stepping foot into AutoNation, let alone making a purchase. Dropping my car will ensure that since purchase in August, the service department will have had the car "REPAIRING IT" longer than I have had time to drive and enjoy it while still having to make payments. This is by FAR one of the worse purchase experiences that i have encountered and I will NEVER buy another vehicle from AUTONATION SPRING, nor refer anyone to do so. More
