Erik Galvan Diaz has been my service advisor from the start and has worked diligently every time to make sure everything is fixed and in working order and actually listens to my concerns and always has great communication with me. They always get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner and this time was no different, it took some digging but the lead technician and Erik were able to locate the problem and get it fixed. I typically like to work on my own vehicles from past experiences with service shops but Autonation Spring and Mainly Erik I feel very comfortable bringing my vehicles there. I would recommend Autonation Spring location to everyone for Sales & Service they have the friendliest staff in an the area in both depts! More

It took 5 days in the shop to only find out it was not covered by warranty. I paid nearly $300 for the diagnostic (which he only had to taker pictures of!) and a rent car. Nobody recognized within 5 days that this was not covered by warranty? I know people bring their Jeeps in for the same problem! My husband tied the stabilizer up so i could get to the dealer and it was the same exact way when I picked it up! Nobody did anything but take pictures! That is hardly a diagnostic fee. Not to mention they wanted close to $4,000.00 to fix it when a local mechanic fixed it for $200! Shame on Autonation for trying to screw me over. Just awful experience with them! More

For instance, a module replacement was quoted $1500. Online showed the part cost approximately $78 plus the replacement took about 30 minutes to change. I understand the need to make money but holy cow! More
