Made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and an oil leak under my truck @ 8AM. Service Manager was polit and nice. Was confused why it took all day, texted for an update around 11 AM with no res an oil leak under my truck @ 8AM. Service Manager was polit and nice. Was confused why it took all day, texted for an update around 11 AM with no response for 2 hours. Final heard from him, state oil leak was from the oil filter from the oil change I had done prior at the same service center. This was with no apology or retribution. Paid full cost of repairs with no discount, stated come see me next time. Maybe there won't be a next time. More
Previous cuts in the leather that were made by a dealership technician was fixed by them just spray painting it and saying that it was fixed. When I went back to them so they can fix it properly the dealership technician was fixed by them just spray painting it and saying that it was fixed. I will never go back to this shop even though I have warranty on my vehicle I rather go somewhere else. More
Started out strange when the female service advisor think her name was Mary C, says she didnt see my appointment??? Ok great i have one, which was overall GREAT experience less than a 2 hr. wait. John S. came out and went over what my concerns were no problem told him i will be waiting after maybe 1 hr and 30 minutes noticed my vehicle being brought up and ready but they parked it on the lot??? so found John an asked whats the wait for im right here he claims he had to do the paperwork and it shows the next service recommended should be around 1100.00$ for service on vehicle that should have less than 40000 on next oil change?? WOW talked to my normal service advisor Kevin H. he says he does a different job now, would be great to have him back but its out of his hands, Overall the best experience was the wait time it a lot quicker than normal, More
