The service reps that handled by 2 vehicles was extremely rude and did not explain the different recommendations my vehicle needed. I also heard him say that he knows he won’t get a good review from this cus rude and did not explain the different recommendations my vehicle needed. I believe if you make an appointment which calls out the need for diagnostic work then you should be notified before bringing in your vehicle.
