Had to set up an appointment just to take my truck in for a few minor problems on my new truck. Didn’t have a appointment for 2 weeks. Took truck in and was told they couldn’t even get to it for at least 5 d a few minor problems on my new truck. Didn’t have a appointment for 2 weeks. Took truck in and was told they couldn’t even get to it for at least 5 days. My warranty through them covers a rental vehicle but they only use one location of Enterprise Rental and must get you another Chrysler vehicle so of course I didn’t get a rental car. They had my truck 5 days with me on a waiting list for rental car and I never got one. They couldn’t even find several problems I complained about and had to order one part that I will have to take truck back to take care of. I ask them to put a set of wheel locks on and the charged me $26 just to take 4 lug nuts off and put 4 lock nuts on. The finance guy sold me extended warranty that is no deductible if I take it to them and $100 if I take it to any other dealership. I wasn’t explained I had other options on a warranty and I wasn’t told how sorry their service department is. I really regret buying a vehicle from Auto Nation. More
