The service department has become extremely slow and I believe is trying to up sell. I had a nail in one of my tires and didn’t let them know and they didn’t see it during the tire rotation. I picked my Jeep up and clearly my battery wasn’t checked, since two days later it was dead. I have lifetime battery through the dealership and they didn’t have the appropriate replacement battery. I’ve had all my work done at this dealership and I take very good care of my vehicles and the service department has gone down. I don’t blame the service reps, I wonder if the techs are either overworked or understaffed. More

When I first called, I was told I had to make an appointment a month and a half from the time I called and that they were completely booked. I don't understand what the purpose of the appointment is when I drop my vehicle off and still have to wait 7-10 days to get it back. I was never offered a loaner car. I don't know who can be without a car for 7-10 days. I was told they have to wait to get the car back to service, evaluate the problem, order parts, then fix it. This process needs to be handled better. I was asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash and vacuum and I said yes. My salesman was very nice and helpful through everything but getting my issue fixed should not have taken 2 months from the time I called initially. I will say, I got my car back in 4 days which is much better than the 7-10 I was told. I tested the issue to make sure it was fixed and it was. However, my car was not washed or vacuumed like promised. More
