Okay, this repair took two visits to complete, the first visit was for an oil change and to investigate a clicking coming from the front passenger wheel. It took two days for the oil to be changed and them visit was for an oil change and to investigate a clicking coming from the front passenger wheel. It took two days for the oil to be changed and them to look at the wheel and determine it was a bad CV axle. When we picked the vehicle up we were told that the part was on order but should be in within the next couple of days. We brought the vehicle back in a few weeks later and dropped it off, we didn't hear anything from the service center for the next 8 days until we reached out to ask how much longer the repair would take as we had an upcoming trip planned. Later that day we received word that a bolt had been stripped during the repairs and a new one would not be available until around noon the next day. The 1.8 hour repair was completed around 3pm after 9 days in the shop, the first 8 with no communication. Every time we spoke with our service advisor he was very polite but it feels like the dealership does not seem to understand the difficulty of not having a vehicle for an extended period. SHELBY WAS GREAT AND KEPT ME UP TO DATE WITH WHAT WAS GOING ON. MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR A RECALL AND WAS SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY 07-28-25 AND WE DROPPED IT OFF JUST BECAUSE WE WERE GOING TO BE BUSY ON 07-2 GOING ON.
