The sales people were okay . My bad experience was with the finance folks. They tell you one story one minute and another the next. They don't give you all the documents you sign right on the spot, they t the finance folks. They tell you one story one minute and another the next. They don't give you all the documents you sign right on the spot, they tell you that the documents will be given to you after 10 days. Well after 30 days that's when I received the rest of the documents by mail and of course your temp tags are expired by then. Problem was they added fees to my contract for additional stuff they said would not be added. I just thought I would be treated better than this. So now I know this is the way they treat the military. I would not recommend any military personnel go to this place and hopefully gets blacklisted. I now have a bad taste for the Carl Gregory name. Carl Gregory has the worst Sales Managers and Finance & Insurance personnel than any Dealership I've ever dealt with. The Finance guys will cheat you with a blink of their eye. They lie and make false pr & Insurance personnel than any Dealership I've ever dealt with. The Finance guys will cheat you with a blink of their eye. They lie and make false promises. They jack up your finance rate since they get kick backs, add additional warranty items to your purchase without telling you or letting you know they are of no use. After the new car sales manager promised the truck I was buying would be inepected (PDI) washed and ready to go with less thsan 200 miles on it when I got their the truck was filthy, motor ticked real bad when first started which he said was normal (BS) no bed lined and he told my saleman Fuk him, let him get his own or we will put one in and add it to his contract...he didn't see mee outside his door. The finace guy just about made me loose it after the dconstant lies and then going from 9?% down to 1.99% financind to get my payment right. If he can change my rate something is not right. I suggest getting your own financing as it is too easy. you will save a lot of money and time and frustration. By the way I have perfect credit (760) with low debt to income ratio. All dealerships are the same as the one in Atlanta started out at 9.5% and worked there way down to 3.49 before I called Ally bank and got a new truck at 1.99% More
