Service always takes longer than originally expected. (1- 1/2 weeks v.s. "a couple of days". However, this was because the technician found two problems with previous work done at this dealership. I arrived for my appointment promptly and was told it would be potentially a couple hours before my oil change/tire rotation were finished. Additionally, I hadn't realized my Jeep wave benefits had expired unbeknownst to me, and I wasn't able to use those benefits previously as getting an appointment was so difficult. Therefore, I'd paid for maintenance that should have been covered by my lease. The associate that helped me ended up taking $60 off my final bill to atone for these issues-above and beyond! More
