I went here with my boyfriend when he realized his current car was going to cost him too much money in repairs. He still owed money on it, but the KBB value was 1000 over what he had left to pay in trade in value, and 4000 more by private party. This place was very reluctant to even pay off his car loan and was offering him 1500 less than he owed when it was still in perfect condition. He had to haggle for two days for them to even agree to get close to what he owed, and then it was only when we almost left that they agreed to the full amount on the trade-in, and after complaining that they would not make barely any money off of this car. He was very hesitant, because he loved his current car, but decided that he would risk it after being reassured multiple times that he had three days to change his mind. We asked what would happen if his car got sold in those three days, and the saleswoman (Jen) assured us that it would probably be a few days before they were done with the detailing, inspection, and all other procedures needed before it was put on the sales floor and how she had never heard of it happening that a car was sold in the three days someone left it there, but she would still personally make sure that it was delayed a few days. This made him feel better, so he decided to go through with it. One of the cylinders was misfiring on the truck he was buying so we had to wait an extra day to actually go pick it up. When it had been fixed the next day, we went to pick it up and the engine light was no longer on. The passenger side door wouldn't unlock with a key, but they basically refused to fix that. We picked it up with the knowledge that he had three days to change his mind as long as he did not put more than 150 miles on the truck. Jen again reassured us that she would make sure his car would stay in the back until the three days were up. Upon later inspection, after about 60 miles driven, the truck was in terrible shape. There were several leaks in various tubes, and the coolant was disgusting from improper care. It would appear that someone just hosed the bottom of the truck down really well so that it would appear clean for long enough for someone to buy it. The cylinder was also still misfiring despite them claiming it was fixed. Since this was only 24 hours after picking the truck up, we decided to bring the truck back and get his back home. When we showed up, we were told that someone was filling out the paperwork to buy his car at that moment and we would've been too late had we waited another 20 minutes. When confronting the manager, he stated that since the paperwork was signed, it was his car and he could sell it whenever he wanted, which apparently was within 24 hours of the car being brought in. The guy who was going to buy it was also going to pay 6000 more than the dealership gave him as a trade, after they insisted that they barely would make any money off this car. In the 24 hours, there had been enough joyriding test-drivers that they allowed to drive the car to put on over 100 miles. The clutch is now worn down, and the brakes are not working as well. It veers to the right when it had just gotten an alignment. They refused to be held responsible for any of the wear their negligence had caused. In short: DO NOT GO HERE. They will lie to get you to buy a car that is not in as good of shape as they claimed, and will be completely rude to you if you come in with any problems at all. More

I have been a satisfied customer of Go Chrysler Jeep West for a number of years, as I have been going to them for service on my Jeep Wrangler. Recently, I decided to trade in my Wrangler for a new Grand Che for a number of years, as I have been going to them for service on my Jeep Wrangler. Recently, I decided to trade in my Wrangler for a new Grand Cherokee. I started by looking online at several dealerships. Then, I visited the sales department at Go Chrysler Jeep West and met Rob Barnhart. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I am not quick at making big decisions such as a car purchase. I changed my mind several times on the options that I wanted. Rob was very patient with me and always there to answer additional questions over the course of 2 weeks. His patience and knowledge is what earned my business. I was pleased with my trade in value and the price on the new car. In addition to the great customer service from Rob, I also received great service from several of his colleagues, Josh Larsen (Manager), Nick Schnelle (Manager) and Matt Click (Finance Manager). I would just like you to know that I have the worst service with go jeep in golden Colorado. I have had 3 contracts with 2 different banks and had to drive there twice to redo paperwork and a courier b service with go jeep in golden Colorado. I have had 3 contracts with 2 different banks and had to drive there twice to redo paperwork and a courier bring me paperwork for the second bank because I refused to drive there again. I didn't even have the current contract until 2 weeks ago and I had to contact the GM just to get that. Even then I didn't get the bank contract so I could pay the loan. When I contacted the bank they told me I didn't even have an account. Right now this very minute I'm on hold with bellco credit union, I remind you that I spoke with go jeep yesterday and was told this issue was solved and I STILL DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT! How can this be, it was resolved right???? Evidently not. I've had this truck for almost 60 days and I can't even make a payment. Also by they way if I get another call from my daughter crying because an individual made her feel so small and I have to call again I will be more than angry. My daughter is on the title just the same as I am. Her questions should be answered the same as mine....Mr. Ron Ruby who likes to make 19 yr old girls feel small and dumb and never returns his calls when he says he will... Actually he has never called back I have to repeatedly call him. So all in all, good vehicle BAD customer service. The worst I have ever seen, I was thinking of trading my hummer to go jeep when I purchased my 1500, but I assure you you will not receive my service or anyone I know. Also to anyone reading this, Colorado has a law called a straw purchase. I bought the 1500 for my daughter who resides in another state and that is illegal. So if it is illegal than why didn't anyone at go jeep say anything when I purchased the truck. I thought all businesses had to abide by the law, but I guess not. They only want their money. What's sad is go jeep didn't tell me about the straw law, the bank did. More

We went in to purchase a used vehicle the other night and found one in the dark we thought would work. We got qualified for a vehicle we hadnt even test drove yet. We noticed it was very basic. I explained I didn't want a car without keyless entry and the salesman said he would have us some key fobs made making it another $500 off the price. So it was a deal. Told us to come back on Tuesday which happened to be the three days after you couldnt return the vehicle. So I was all excited to get the key fob only to find out my car is not equipped with keyless entry! Now I can not return the vehicle and I'm stuck with a minivan we overpaid for by $1000 and got nothing I had my checklist. They offered nothing in return. More
